Neighbors Helping Neighbors
This is a new effort at the parish designed to make it possible for parishioners to assist each other by providing a means of communication between those who need assistance and those able to provide some help.
If you or someone you know of are in need of assistance such as grocery shopping, a ride to an appointment, yard cleanup, home handy man help, someone to talk with on the phone, etc. you can email a request to [email protected].
We will remove all personal details and post the anonymous request to the neighbors helping neighbors email group asking for volunteers who are able to provide the assistance. An interested volunteer would respond to [email protected] and we would put the volunteer in contact with the parishioner making the request.
In order to protect the Parish and the Diocese of La Crosse from potential liability issues both the volunteer and the parishioner receiving the assistance will be required to sign a hold harmless agreement that can be viewed and printed out for signing on the parish website at this link.
